The avyronex website is an editorial and informational surface. It documents systems thinking, operational frameworks and the structural posture from which avyronex approaches decisions, AI-assisted work and continuity.

Material published here is intended to inform and to invite considered inquiry. It does not, on its own, constitute professional, legal, financial, medical or therapeutic advice.

A strategic inquiry is the beginning of a conversation. Submission does not, by itself, create an engagement, a contractual relationship or any commitment from either party.

Each inquiry is read manually. A response, when issued, may take the form of a written reply, a question for clarification, a proposed conversation, or — when alignment is not present — a quiet decision not to proceed.

avyronex draws a deliberate boundary between diagnostic work — understanding context, defining operational structure, designing decision systems — and execution, which remains the responsibility of the client and the operators who carry the consequences of those decisions.

This distinction is structural, not rhetorical. It is what allows engagements to remain serious without displacing accountability.

Operational structures, decision systems and frameworks designed within an engagement aim to improve clarity, traceability and the quality of decisions. They do not, and cannot, guarantee specific commercial, financial or operational outcomes.

Where forecasts, scenarios or projections appear, they are working instruments — not promises.

Editorial material published on avyronex — including written insights, archive entries, frameworks and the operational language developed across the site — remains the intellectual property of avyronex.

Quotation for reflection or commentary, with attribution, is welcome. Republication, derivative commercial use or systematic reproduction requires written agreement.

Material developed within a specific engagement is governed by the terms of that engagement.

VeLORa is a continuity interface — a quiet space for structured reflection adjacent to ongoing operational work. It is not a public product, not a chatbot in the consumer sense, and not a substitute for professional, medical, therapeutic or crisis services.

Access is granted on the basis of alignment with the conditions under which VeLORa operates. Where those conditions are no longer met, access may be paused or withdrawn.

VeLORa Prime is the paid subscription tier of VeLORa. It is offered at USD $9.99 per month, billed monthly on a recurring basis, and begins with a 7-day free trial.

A valid payment card is required at signup in order to open the trial. No charge is made if the subscription is cancelled before the trial period ends. If the trial is not cancelled, the subscription begins automatically at the end of the trial and renews each month until cancelled.

Cancellation can be requested at any time and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Access to VeLORa Prime continues until that period ends; no partial-period refunds are issued for time already elapsed.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe under its own terms and are never held by avyronex. Prices are stated in USD and exclusive of any taxes; where sales, use, VAT or equivalent taxes apply, the subscriber remains responsible for them.

Amounts already billed are generally non-refundable. Where a charge is issued in error, a duplicate payment occurs, or access was not available for a billed period, the amount concerned is refunded on request.

Nothing in these terms limits any cancellation, refund, withdrawal or other consumer right that cannot legally be excluded. Where mandatory applicable consumer law provides greater protection, that law prevails.

avyronex may change the subscription price by providing at least 30 days' notice. A price change applies no earlier than the first renewal occurring after that notice period. Subscribers may cancel before the new price takes effect.

Questions concerning billing, renewal, cancellation or a disputed charge can be addressed to contact@avyronex.com and are reviewed by a person. Access may be paused where a payment fails and is not resolved.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Quebec, Canada, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection that applies based on the subscriber's place of residence.

These subscription terms sit alongside the rest of this document. Where a term here conflicts with a general clause above, the subscription term governs for VeLORa Prime; all other clauses — acceptable use, discretion, intellectual property, no guaranteed outcomes — continue to apply in full.

The website, inquiry channels and VeLORa are intended for considered personal and operational use. They are not to be used to attempt to extract systems for resale, to abuse access, to disrupt service, or to submit material that is unlawful or directed at the harm of another person.

Where such use is detected, access is withdrawn without further exchange.

avyronex operates at a deliberate pace. Replies to inquiries are issued when there is something considered to say. Silence between messages is part of the working rhythm, not an indication of disengagement.

Where an engagement is active, communication cadence is established within that engagement.

avyronex reserves the right to decline inquiries, requests for access or proposed engagements where alignment, operational fit, or ethical posture are not present. Such decisions are made quietly and without elaboration.

The site, its editorial surfaces, the inquiry mechanism and VeLORa are operational systems under continued refinement. Content, structure and interfaces evolve as the underlying thinking matures.

Inquiry itself is gradually moving from static forms toward more structured, conversational clarification — designed to help articulate context before human review begins. These terms remain applicable to such interfaces as they emerge.
